📦 RETURN
Returning a product is easy! Just send a WhatsApp message 📲.
Once we receive your request, we will send you a message with all the return instructions.
💸 Shipping costs: The costs for shipping the product are paid by the buyer. You can choose to send the return with a trusted courier or request collection with our courier at a cost of €5, which will be deducted from the refund. Initial shipping costs and cash on delivery fees are not refundable.
📦 Packaging: The package must be carefully packaged. We are not responsible for any delays or losses by the chosen courier.
Once we receive the package, we will verify that all conditions have been met. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the issue of a refund equal to the original amount of the order, net of shipping/cash on delivery costs.

📦 Return conditions:
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- The packaging must be the same as that received or of equal strength.
- It is strictly forbidden to attach tape to the original packaging of the products.
- The products must be in excellent condition; we do not accept used products or products with obvious signs of wear.
Non-compliant returns will be rejected and returned to sender.
💳 Refund Policy:
- PayPal: The refund will be made using the same payment method. If you used PayPal balance, the credit is immediate; with credit card, it depends on your bank (up to 10 days).
- Credit Card: The refund will be made using the same payment method, with crediting times of up to 10 days.
- Cash on delivery: Provide your IBAN to issue the refund to your bank account. The credit occurs in 1-2 business days.
👞 👠 Size change:
The size exchange service is free in our stores, if still available. Or you can return the product to the address indicated above and as soon as it arrives we will ship the new size as a replacement.
